How We Got Here
My name is Mo Byres and I can’t wait to share the possibilities of the Bosque Bodhi with you.
As a Master Integrative Coach, and as a client, I deeply appreciate talk therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, spirtual and experiential exercises, and motivational coaching. They all play an important role in healing and growth. I instinctively knew we needed approaches that could support people during those difficult, overwhelming, and often hijacked moments between office visits. Tools that are accessible, affordable, and effective in everyday life. That search led me to advanced certifications in coaching, the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises)/ Neurogenic Yoga, Quantum Connections dialogue facilitation, Reiki Level II, Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku) and other experiential & somatic practices rooted in nervous system regulation, connection, and wellbeing.

The Bosque Bodhi is the place I spent years searching for and ultimately felt called to create. You are invited! 🌿
